BENEMONT is a great resource for brokers and consultants. We strive to build long-term relationships to truly be a partner, not just as a firm used to outsource enrollment services. The objective is to make our partners’ jobs easier and more profitable by handling the heavy lifting of open enrollment. This additionally increases revenue. It is a solution that truly maximizes profitability. For one, it comes with zero overhead. If desired, brokers and consultants may choose to private label our services to operate as an internal enrollment division.
Independent: BENEMONT is independently owned and operated.
Revenue: To increase education means to increase participation. Increasing participation equals increased revenue. Commission splits are more favorable to brokers and consultants than the industry average. Funding Options: With flexible services, funding is generally accepted as all-inclusive: commission splits, carrier overrides & tech credits, and fee only (PEPM).
Salaried Benefits Counselors: We never pay commission to benefits counselors. This provides great quality control compared to other enrollment firms or worksite insurance carriers who utilize 1099s.
Leverage: A One-on-One enrollment strategy enables partners and their clients to obtain better carrier underwriting options and considerations.
Support: Guidance on strategy and a worksite plan strategy are important during takeover opportunities. Takeovers now account for 50% of new voluntary benefits premiums written in the U.S. each year.
Perpetual Service: New hire onboarding plus voluntary benefits RFP management, and claims assistance.
Technology: The BENEMONT platform is agnostic. We have partnerships with four benefits administration systems, We have also enrolled on most of the top systems currently in use. This means that we can supply the system, or we can enroll on any existing platforms a partner or client is using.
